Saint Vincent de Paul Christmas Appeal and Mercy Giving Tree

svdp.pngOnce again this year, the St Stephen’s community will participate in the Mercy Centre’s Giving Tree program where families are invited to purchase a gift for people in need. We will also participate in the annual St Vincent de Paul Christmas Appeal by supporting the work of the Acacia Ridge SVDP Conference. St Stephen’s families are invited to donate non-perishable food items for distribution by the Acacia Ridge SVDP Conference to families in the local area. This year, we will be running a special Christmas raffle to raise money for St Vincent de Paul and the Mercy Centre – details in next week’s newsletter. Below is a list of suggested items for donation – we also require donations of environmentally friendly shopping bags.
