Year 6 Graduation

Our end of year formalities will look a little different this year. There are a number of traditions that cannot take place due to Covid19 restrictions but I can assure you that we are doing all that we can to make this a very special evening for you and our Year 6 Students.

Our Year 6 Graduation will be held on WEDNESDAY 2 December, starting at 7pm in our hall.

  • Each Student will be allowed to bring 2 guests only. This will ensure that we are complying with COVID19 restrictions and protocols.
  • There will be one entry into the hall. One exit point from the hall.
  • There will be designated seating for students and their guests. Please do not move the chairs and change the seating arrangements.
  • There will be a time when the Year 6 Students will leave the hall to have a cohort photo taken by a staff member. All parents MUST stay seated in the hall during this time. We CANNOT have parents standing shoulder to shoulder taking photographs.
  • There will be no Year 5 students present and there will be no shared food after the Graduation finishes.
  • It is important that all families leave as quickly as possible once the evening is finished to ensure social distancing norms are adhered to.
  • All parents/caregivers who are attending the Year 6 Graduation must complete our COVID Safe sheet that will be sent to you electronically.

It is very important that we all adhere to the format that has been set out for 2020. There will be increased scrutiny on schools at this time of the year and we must all play our part in ensuring we are complying with Government and BCEO requirements regarding school events.
