In 2004, we opened our doors to our first intake of students who ranged in age from Preschool to Year 3. In each subsequent year, we have grown by an additional year level. Our school now caters for children from Prep to Year 6. It serves a rapidly growing area that also includes the suburbs of Parkinson, Calamvale, Stretton and Drewvale. From Brisbane, take Beaudesert Road south; turn right on Algester Road and then right again on Ridgewood Road. The school is located on the left hand side of Ridgewood Road, just past Algester State School. Map. School physical environment St Stephen’s School has been built on a 3.5 hectare site, adjacent to Brisbane City Council parklands. Community Involvement Community participation is a strong feature of the school with the establishment of the St Stephen’s School Board and an active Parents and Friends Association.
