At St Stephen's our Year 5 and 6 students currently partake in a number of experiences focussed on developing their leadership capabilities:

- Year 6 Leadership Nomination
- Year 6 Leadership Committees
- Year 6 Story Bridge Climb
- Year 6 ECM Visit (Response to homelessness)
- Year 6 Leadership camp
- Year 6 Reflection Day
- Year 6 Graduation
All of these experiences fall under the one banner of "St Stephen's Leadership Launch", so that there is a clear purpose and growth plan for the students. It is our hope that each student finishes Year 6 at St Stephen's as an active, compassionate and confident leader in his/her community and family.
We are partnered with an organisations such as Emmanuel City Mission, Real Talk Australia and NET Ministries who are Catholic organisation aimed at spreading the Gospel and promoting peace and love in our world. The positive influences give our students a real Catholic Perspective on what it means to be a leader in our world.
